3. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under this policy. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges except where required by law (e.g. defective goods).

If you are a consumer in Norway or the EEA, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal (angrerett) under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Consumer Rights Directive. See section 12 below for details.

4. Eligibility for Returns

4.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

4.2 Non-Eligible Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period
  • Products purchased during final sale promotions (unless defective)

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Step 3: Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Step 4: Ship the product back in its original packaging
  • Step 5: Provide tracking information for your return shipment

Please do not send products back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

6. Return Shipping

6.1 Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns due to change of mind or other customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon discovery of the issue.

7. Refund Process

7.1 Inspection

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify it meets our return eligibility requirements. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

7.2 Refund Approval

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.

7.3 Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

7.4 Refund Amount

Refunds include the purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you have a statutory right to complain about defects (reklamasjonsrett) for two years from the date of delivery. This is in addition to our voluntary return policy.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs

10. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately upon discovery
  • Do not open or use the product
  • We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

11. Cancellations

11.1 Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund.

11.2 After Shipping

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product following our standard return process.

12. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett) — Norway and EEA

If you are a consumer in Norway or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract (angrerett) under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), in addition to our 30-day return policy.

12.1 Withdrawal period

You may cancel the contract within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason. You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period (e.g. by email to chat@zodmarixvorn.world). You may use a clear statement or the standard cancellation form available from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet). If we have not provided you with the legally required information about the right of withdrawal and a model cancellation form, the withdrawal period may be extended by up to 12 months.

12.2 Returning the goods

If you cancel, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days of the day on which you informed us of your cancellation. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

12.3 Reimbursement

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any extra cost you chose for a delivery method other than our standard option), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. We will use the same means of payment as you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

12.4 Return shipping

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear them or we failed to inform you that you must bear them. For Norwegian consumers exercising angrerett, we will not charge you for return shipping when the product was delivered to your address; we will reimburse the cost of the least expensive standard return option if you have already paid it.

12.5 Exceptions

For sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons (including dietary supplements in sealed packaging), the right of withdrawal may be lost once the seal is broken, in accordance with Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 22. Until the seal is broken, the full right of withdrawal applies.
